Herc German Shepherd Dog Mix Palatine, IL

Behold the beauty of Herc! This handsome, 65 pound, approximately 6 year old German Shepherd mix is one magnificent beast, a real stunner who will grab people's attention during your walks. (Which is great because Herc loves walks and car rides.)

Herc is doing very well in his housebreaking, and he knows the command sit. Continual work on training will be a snap because he is a fast learner.

While Herc does take a few minutes to settle down once crated, he does well in the crate overall. He naps during the day on his dog bed and sleeps in his crate at night

Food is not an issue for Herc, you can move it or touch it and he takes it in stride. He does like to chew and bark though, so those things will need to be worked on in his forever home.

When it comes to other dogs, Herc loves them. Speaking of things he loves, balls, play fetch, squeaky toys, and chasing squirrels all make his top ten list.
