This handsome and smiley boy is Herby. He was rescued from an abandoned apartment with another dog we named Peaches. He was super skinny, dirty and living in filth. Herby has an amazing and fun-loving personality. He craves attention and loves to sit on your lap and obviously doesn't understand his size. We believe him to be a 40lb one year old Goldendoodle. Herby does love the attention of other dogs and seeks them out for comfort and play. Therefore he would do great in a home with another super friendly young dog. Herby loves yard time and will run around for a hour if you let him. He is so smart and will look for ways out of the yard so supervision and a super secure fence will be required if your home has a fences. He is a great eater and has no guarding issues. He is just a big goofball who doesn't understand his size. He thinks hugging like a human is normal. Herby definitely needs a home with structure and large dog experience to help him with leash training and basic manners.
