Meet Henny

Henny is our handsome 5 year old long-haired chihuahua mix with quite the personality! He definitely is a reserved gentleman and requires time and patience when meeting new people. He can be uncertain at times with his body language and is still getting used to the feeling of having a collar on his neck and the actions of being leashed up. Since Henny still has some work to do with his behavior, we are placing him in an adult only home being the only animal. We have learned that Henny absolutely loves chicken and will do anything for it which is great for bonding with him. He has even been getting better with walking outside on a leash and really enjoys going across the street to the park near the water! If you have any interest in this sweet& spicy boy, please give us a call at the shelter to inquire about him.
