Hayden is thought to be between 2 and 3 years old. He is said to be good with men and women and is housebroken. Hayden is neutered and up to date on his shots. Hayden is a jokester and loveable; he makes you laugh with his antics. Hayden currently weighs 75 pounds.

Hayden has been playful and flirty with lady dogs. He does not seem to appreciate male dogs as much. One volunteer took Hayden on a field trip. He was spoiled with fast food and extra love. He was a very good boy. This seems to be Hayden’s pattern. Once he is outside the shelter setting, he’s a much happier guy. He would love to be adopted into a family of athletes who can wear him out.

Hayden would benefit from a house without cats (too confusing) and a home that has land or ideally a fenced in yard to explore.

Meeting dogs is by appointment only. Please call the shelter (740/593-5415) to make an appointment. All adopters must bring in kids and other dogs in the household for a meet and greet before adoption.

Adoption fees are $125 ($65 for dogs 7 years old and older) and include dog license, basic vaccinations, heartworm test on adult dogs, and spay or neuter.
