Hi world, my name was Harmony, but Foster Mom calls me Hammi. Much more delicious sounding, who doesn’t like hammi sammies! I was pulled by the rescue with severe wounds due to being attacked by some unknown animal with very large toofs and or claws. Tell people it was a dragon, make up a really cool story since we don’t know.

I don’t know much about anamutty, anatamee, anatomy, yeah, that is the word, but you can still see on my back end where I was shaved so my wounds could be cleaned out and receive closer inspection from the Vet. The Vet suspects I was not only obviously attacked by something way tougher than me, but I have signs that I might have survived distemper as a puppy.

All that to say, I am somewhat of a super hero, because I survived much much hardship, but came out the other end even better. My mutto is “If life throws lemons at you, don’t make lemonade, instead pretend they are shaved tennis balls and play play play.”

Foster Mom says I have loads of energy and my “little” 55 pound body often goes faster than my brain. Despite the whole life tossing lemons at me, I am THE SWEETEST and LOVE other dogs and people. But sometimes dogs don’t care much for me due to my let’s just say specially exubuttrant care free nature.
