Gilbert is the shy one of the bunch. Minimal human interaction has made him shy but it's nothing lots of positive social interaction won't help. We know we can help this sweet boy be the happy puppy he was meant to be. Ranch staff are setting him up right with a foundation in the basics and this extra training will boost his confidence and in turn improve his trust of the world around him. He also has age on his side and his youthful curiosity won't allow him to be a shy boy forever. Theres just too much fun to be apart of.

Gilbert, his siblings Becky and Arnie and mom Bonnie were all found together wandering the streets of Tehachapi. A Good Samaritan picked them up so they wouldn't get hit or become victims to the elements or wildlife. They completed a stray hold but sadly their former family never came for them. Luckily we had room and the entire family is now calling our rescue ranch home.

Gilbert loves his siblings and running around the yard space at our ranch. He's an incredibly sweet boy who wants so badly to trust. He has the cutest poofy face and looks like a living teddy bear. We are hopeful to find Gilbert a family who will continue his training and confidence building and give him the forever home he deserves.
