Georgia Border Collie Mix Baton Rouge, LA

Georgia was found as a stray and recused from an at risk shelter. She is 25 pounds, about a year old, and heartworm negative.

This girl looks to be a Cocker Spaniel or some kind of spaniel but acts like a herding dog like a Border Collie. She's so sweet! She crouches at first in a crawl walk when she's in a new environment and unsure but is just the friendliest. She is well behaved in a kennel. Seems to be house trained but is utilizing a kennel when she can't be watched closely. Georgia loves to run through the grass but likes to stay close to her foster mom for all the affection. She can get excited and whine a little as she wags her tail and hops around. She does have some energy but is so eager to please. She deserves a home that will give her lots of love, attention, and training reinforcement.
