How this pet arrived:Fuerte was brought in by his previous owner. At SDHS:Fuerte has been vaccinated, microchipped and neutered. He is now ready for his new home! Why this pet is the one for you:This is Fuerte, a smart pup with a brave soul. He knows "sit" and "down". He's been making excellent progress in learning to trust people and gaining a sense of security. Fuerte needs a patient person who will continue working with him to build his confidence. Since other dogs can make him somewhat nervous, he will do best in a quiet household where he's the only dog. And because of his initial shyness, we are recommending he go to a home with no kids under 12. If you would like to meet Fuerte, bring a leash and collar to our Escondido Campus.
