DOG'S DESCRIPTION: Like my name, I am a high energy kinda guy! If you are interested in me, be ready for lots of exercise and adventure - I want to go, go, go!! My fun-loving brother Freckles and I just arrived from far away Georgia. We are likely Lab and Border Collie mixes, but we have very Lab personalities. We are sweet and very friendly boys who love to play and act goofy as pups do. I enjoy romping around with my brother and we both do well with other dogs and kids. Adopting me means opening your home to loads of fun, unconditional love, and companionship. I am an active boy and would not do well in an apartment. I need room to run and would love a fenced yard.

Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family.

Adoption fees cover basic vetting, rabies (if puppy is old enough), distemper/parvo vaccinations, deworming, monthly heartworm prevention while in our care (if old enough), monthly flea/tick prevention while in our care, and transport costs. K-9 Lifesavers will also cover the cost of spay/neuter at our partner vet at 6 months of age or reimburse adopter for up to the amount of our partner vet cost should you choose to spay/neuter at your own vet.

Foster Program: Foster homes provide for the temporary care of a rescue until the dog is placed into a loving, forever home.
