Meet Fred
I’ll just send here:
Meet Fred! Fred was picked up as a stray in Kansas and was busted out of the shelter by Adopt A Pal just before his euthanasia deadline. He’s been loving life ever since! We believe he’s approximately five years old. Fred has been gaining confidence in his foster home and has finally learned how to use stairs and how to play fetch… sort of. He knows a few commands (which he follows best if you have treats in hand- he needs motivation!), and he takes treats VERY gently. Fred has the most adorable full-body tail wag and can’t get enough snuggles or attention. He is excitable but mellows out quickly, walks very well on a leash, and he crates well, too. He’s also done VERY well with house training.
Due to his size we recommend he not go to a home with children under the age of 12. Fred has been non-reactive with the dogs both in the shelter and in his foster home (through a crate and gates) but he has not officially been dog or cat tested.
If you are interested in adoption, we invite you to apply at www.adoptapal.org/adopt. Please note that submitting an application does not obligate you to adopt.
