Meet Frank Gallagher
Frank Gallagher is a super loving and happy dalmation we rescued from the shelter where he had been brought as a stray.
He is only about 2-4 years old and looks like he lived outside for his first few years. He is loving being inside and part of his foster family’s life. He is crate trained and good with all people and non reactive with other dogs. He’s an extremely smart and sensitive boy.
