Meet Fran
Hi everyone!
My name is Fran and I am an approximately 4 year old Shih-Tzu. I arrived to WagsInn with several other friends. We were rescued from a hoarding situation.
I get along very well with other dogs big or small. I am shy at first but I warm up quickly. I am very smart, learn quite quickly, and am frankly just an overall great companion. My cute little happy tapping dance and tail wags will steal your heart.
My friends at WagsInn are very passionate that I find a home and family that is a perfect fit; therefore, we require you live within 50 miles of our location so that we can do a home visit before adoption.
