Meet Forest

Sweet Forest was brought into a shelter in Alabama where it was suspected he had been hit by a car. He suffered a compound fracture in two areas of his front leg and a broken radius. This young boy was in pain and we couldn't let him endure that so we had our rescue affiliate pull him and have him treated at the vet.

Forest is approximately 8 months old, a black mouth cur mix and currently weighs 42lbs. He will be UTD on his vaccines, be microchipped, and he will be able to get neutered once his leg is healed. There is a possibility Forest may walk with a slight limp but that will not stop this sweetheart from living a happy and healthy life.

Forest is ready to make his freedom ride up North either to a foster home or hopefully his forever home. Forest is great with people and other dogs and he also was non reactive around cats.
