Fig Terrier Richmond, VA

Hi there my name is Fig (my foster Mom calls me Figgy) and I am around 1 to 2 years old and weigh around 40 lbs. I am a male terrier mix with a unique look that always garners much attention, especially my brindle coloring. I am cute as a button and on top of all that cuteness I am very call and sweet and very well behaved. I also know basic commands and love going on walks, even in the rain! I am house and crate-trained! I really enjoy hanging on the sofa with you and have a good belly rub or two. My foster Mom says I warm her feet when she is working at her desk. I do like to be close to my human/s. I do have some traits that I am working on, I can be mischievous, tearing tissues is a favorite, I do pull on the leash when I have to go potty but I am a good walker and will make a great walking companion for someone. I do jump up when I get excited so small children might not be best for me. I do not bark a lot so I would probably do fine in apartment or townhouse living. Loud appliances are my favorite. Overall my foster says I am a terrific dog and would be a blessing to anyone lucky enough to have me.
