Fennel is a border collie mix who arrived at the rescue with mom and 4 siblings. Fennel is very playful, happy and outgoing; he loves to run and wrestle with dog friends.

Fennel is okay with some cats, but we will require a cat free home.

Please note a fully fenced yard is required and must be at least 5 feet tall.
