ABOUT THIS ANIMAL:
Eloise is a sweet young beagle girl who loves to explore in her foster's backyard. She will even stay out in the rain! Her other favorite places are her cozy crate and anywhere near her foster dog siblings and foster mom. Eloise is doing well adjusting to her foster home after coming from a rural shelter.

Eloise sleeps through the night in her crate and is house trained. She walks well on the leash with her dog friends. Eloise is a quiet beagle looking for a loving human to share her life with.
Beagles make great family dogs! If you are looking for a loving, loyal companion, then Eloise is your girl.

Eloise will thrive in a home with a confident dog pal. Eloise was found as a stray. She came to Homeward Trails from a rural Virginia shelter.

You can save animals like this one by becoming a foster! Fosters are like way stations between high kill shelters and forever homes. We need fosters so that we can save dogs before they are euthanized at the shelters.
