Ellie is a super playful, energetic dog that needs a family that will allow her time to adjust. Coming from a a hoarding situation as a puppy, she did not get the human interaction puppies need. People make her nervous, she has come a long way but still does not prefer to be held or cuddled. She is not aggressive. Ellie prefers to be with other dogs and enjoys playing and running zoomies. She is learning to walk on a leash, will need more time, patience, and training with that. For now she will require a fenced yard as she will not potty on a leash. She is house trained and crate trained. If you are looking for great entertainment and have love and patience to help a dog in need, then Ellie is the dog for you. Definitely needs another dog in the home that will play with her, etc.
