Notes: I was originally a stray from Florida living in a homeless camp with a cat and another dog. I was then adopted a year ago, but sadly my mom is moving unexpectedly and I cannot go with her. This is what she has to say about me.
He is a sweet and goofy boy, whose idea of a perfect day is one where he can patrol the backyard, get pet, brushed, and take a long nap. True to the nature of his breed, he likes to protect his people on walks from trucks, buses, motorcycles, bicycles, and other dogs when he’s on the leash. When off leash he does well with other dogs, though he’s more often interested in observing than interacting.
He adores meeting new people (more people equals more pets) and although he tolerates children, they tend to be too energetic for him so he prefers to avoid them.
While not particularly food-motivated, he still loves treats, peanut butter, and cheese. Though laid back and napping for 95% of the day, he can get riled up when he notices something to bark at, and if he’s let out into the yard, tries to avoid coming inside by running around and trying to play with you. He thinks it is a fun game! He would do best in a calmer home where he gets all of the attention as the only pet to get all your love!
