Meet Doc

This handsome hound is Doc!

Doc is an approximately 2-year old Bloodhound mix who currently weighs around 65 lbs., but should weigh closer to 75 lbs. He was rescued from a small rural shelter in Oklahoma.

Doc is just a happy go-lucky boy who loves everyone! He is excellent with other dogs and definitely needs another playful dog in the home! Because he is a hound and can be led astray buy his nose, he needs a secure stockade fence.

Doc has done excellent with the children he has met, but remember he is a big playful guy, so could, on accident, knock a toddler down (and then lick their face!)

Doc loves to just cuddle with you on a sofa and be around people. He needs a home that will include him in activities.

Doc is crate-trained, was at one time house-trained, and would do best with a harness or Easy Walker type leash.

He is neutered, current on vaccines, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $200.

Doc is currently in boarding, so he qualifies for a foster-to-adopt, or just a foster.

To adopt Doc, go to www.foreveryoursokc.org/adoption-application to apply.
