Meet Caesar – Your Future Couch Buddy and Toy-Loving Best Friend!

Caesar is truly a 100% certified professional couch potato! Caesar is all about the lounge life. Whether he’s sunbathing outside or curled up on the couch with his human (or his beloved toys), he’s in his happy place. He’s a joyful, affectionate boy who just wants to be where the people are.

Caesar is around 4 years old and weighs approx. 65 lbs, but he’s convinced he’s a lap dog! He absolutely loves to cuddle and will happily plop into your lap if you let him.
This guy is obsessed with toys—squeaky toys and balls are his favorites. Toys are truly life in Caesar’s eyes!

Caesar is great in the car, walks nicely on a leash, and knows basic commands like “sit,” “down,” “paw,” and “crate.” He’s very gentle with treats and has hilarious and heartwarming “goofball” moments that will keep you smiling. He can be dog-selective with larger male dogs, but has made fantastic progress thanks to professional training. He currently lives peacefully with three other dogs. Proper/slow introductions are important for this boy so places like dog parks are not for him. If you already have a dog at home, we’d recommend a foster-to-adopt situation to ensure everyone gets along well.

Caesar has some allergies that are managed with salmon dog food & allergy medicine. Baths and antifungal wipes with chlorhexidine also help sooth his skin.

Whether you’re walking around the neighborhood, playing in the yard, or watching TV, Caesar just wants to be by your side. The adoption fee is $550.

All of our animals are fully vetted before going to their furever homes. They are spayed/neutered, current on vaccines, dewormed, up to date on flea/tick prevention, heartworm prevention, and microchipped!

Please Note: All animals are posted until they are officially adopted. This animal may have other interested adopters in line.

We are very quick to respond and process applications! You will be required to provide 2 non-family personal references, a home video tour, and a vet reference if you’ve previously had animals. Please feel free to send a video to our email or Facebook upon submitting an application, this lets us know you are serious and ready but also helps us to get you approved quickly. We will text and or call upon receiving your application to schedule a phone interview.

You must be an approved adopter to go on meet and greets. This saves everyone’s time- especially our gracious foster families! This also allows for you to take the animals home from the meet and greet if you so choose.
