Dobby is was dumped out in the country and left fin for himself. While he was fending for himself, he got shot in his rear leg. He recovered on his own and has a little limp, but it doesn’t stop him! he loves people, other animals, and he’s very grateful to his foster home!! He is very loving and has the prettiest eyes! He would make a wonderful companion or family pet!
