Diesel - sponsored - adoption fee paid Pit Bull Terrier Shelbyville, IN

Today, Kylie Harris, adopter, advocate, donor and friend to Nolan Parker came into the shelter on the four year anniversary of Nolan's tragic passing and paid the adoption fees for both Diesel and Gunner. She did this kind act in memory of Nolan, who like Kylie loves animals and the Pit Bull breed. Rest in Peace Nolan. You are forever loved and missed.

Kristin had a busy volunteer day today loving on our new puppers, thank you for your handsome pictures of Diesel (pictured) and his sidekick/brother Gunner. Diesel is a five-year-old Pit bull mix that is reportedly good with dogs, cats and children. He is housebroken, has never seen a vet (but will) and is a sturdy and solid 77.4 pounds. Although he has had no training, according to his owner, he is strong on a leash but loves to be with his walker. We think both babies need a privacy fence as they have a vertical jump that would make any NBA star envious. Because of the heartfelt donation that Kylie made in memory of Nolan, both Diesel and Gunner have been sponsored. That means his vet care has been paid. Diesel would lift anyone's spirits, he's a bit of a goof who will sit and stay when Kristin squeaked a toy for his pictures. He's very patient and adorable!
