Meet Denver
My name is Denver! I was rescued a few years ago by an awesome dog trainer and just haven't found the right home yet! I'm 9 years old, heartworm negative, neutered, up to date on shots. I'm on heartworm, flea and tick prevention. I have an old injury that makes one of my paws flat when I walk but it doesn't hold me back. The vet said it was an old injury and it doesn't hurt me. Little kids scare me but adults are great. I like most other dogs but a few males I haven't gotten a long with. My foster mom says I am perfect on leash and she knows because she trains dogs! I am house and crate trained. I love car rides, playing in the water, and lounging on the couch with my person.
