Dennis has found his forever home in Norwood.
Dennis is being returned to us as he needs someone home a bit more and/or the company of another dog.
Dennis is an 20-month-old, 29 pound Basenji mix pup. Momma is a Basenji and dad is unknown. Dennis is a high energy boy who loves treats and being petted. Dennis is great with children, other dogs, and people. He loves to cuddle and be around his people. He does very well on leash, and he is house trained. Dennis does not like to be crated. He has never met a cat. If you can give this cute little guy his forever home, please apply today. Dennis would not be a good choice for children under 5. Dennis' adoption fee is $400.

We are a network of foster homes in the South and the New England area. THERE IS NO SPECIFIC SHELTER LOCATION. If you wish to meet our dogs, you must first be approved by going through our application and screening process. Forever Home Rescue suggests obedience training for all puppies and dogs. All dogs are up to date on their shots, dewormed and spayed or neutered. Vet fees, transport fee and New England quarantine fees ARE INCLUDED in each dog's adoption fee. Also, any dogs older than pups--even if they are not marked housetrained in their posting---usually housetrain within a day or two, because most are used to living outside in the south and will prefer to do their business outdoors. Our dogs and pups are best suited for families with children 5 yrs old and up.
