Hey there, it's me...Delilah.

Yep, that's me! Like the girl in the song, I'm a sweetheart that you'll fall in love with. I've had a rough couple of months as a young dog who had a large litter of puppies, but no one to take care of us. I saw some kind humans on the street and led them to the burned down house that my puppies and I were dumped under. They knew we wouldn't be safe at an overcrowded shelter, so they took us all in and cared for me while I nursed the puppies.

They said I was an amazing momma, but now that my puppies are all in foster homes, it's time for me to find a nice family to call my own. I am currently doing very well in a board-and-train program, and the trainers here will show my new family what I've learned on how to be a good dog! I would do best in an active home where we can go on walks/runs, play with toys, and snuggle up together. I get along with other dogs, even puppies. I've lived in a home with children and I liked them. I've not been around cats, so really can't tell if I care about them or not. Want to go for walks with me...you should see my leash-walking skills...perfection!
