Meet Courtney
Courtney is a 5-month-old pittie mix who came to us as a stray from one of our southern state rescue partners. At just about 20 pounds, she is the definition of a pocket pittie and will likely remain on the smaller side even as she grows up.
She is currently fostered in the city and is learning all about its hustle and bustle. She is a bit of an introvert at heart and finds comfort in her crate when she’s had enough of the big city noises. She loves other dogs and takes more comfort with them than with humans, but we are sure she will come around once she gets more comfortable. She’ll happily nap on the couch with her humans or dog friends or is just as happy to go to sleep in her crate.
She has not met and kids or cats yet, but we are happy to test her if you are interested. Courtney is shy, but when she learns to trust and be adventurous with you, she will let her wild side out and it’s the best feeling in the world knowing that you’ve won her over!
