Meet Cooper
Meet Cooper! Cooper was surrendered to CCHS because his size was more than his owner could handle. He's your typical Labrador, rambunctious, eager to run and full of energy. He has lived with another dog and 2 cats, but he did like to chase the cats. So, cats in his next home would need to be tolerant and not afraid of him. He whines at the door when he needs to go potty and was trusted loose in the house. He is happy with strangers and new animals. He is jumpy so he'll need some training with how he greets new people. He does know how to sit and loves to catch treats. Cooper would love a home that can give him plenty of exercise. Apply for him today!
The adoption fee is $100.00. Adoption applications can be filled out at CCHS or online through our website, www.cchs-petshelter.org. Applications are not first come, first served. All applications will be reviewed by the adoption committee and the home chosen will be the one considered to be the best match. All dogs and puppies have been vaccinated for Distemper and Bordetella, dewormed and microchipped. If old enough, they will be vaccinated for Rabies and blood tested for Heartworm, Lymes, Anaplasmosis and Erlichiosis. Dogs and puppies will be spayed or neutered before adoption. CCHS is proud to be a No-Kill Humane Society. As a private, non-profit charity, our work depends on donations and volunteers to keep going. We are committed to helping the animals that enter our doors and finding each the best possible forever home. CCHS has been inspected and licensed by the Department of Animal Health - DATCP. Our license is #268235-DS
