Hiya, Cookie here! I may be a bit shy at first, but once I get to know you, we'll have so much fun together! I'm full of energy and love playing fetch and tug-of-war. I also love to run and play, especially with my canine friends at the shelter. Play groups are so fun! I've been told I'm a sweetie pie, always ready to snuggle up after a day of play. As a 1-year-old Terrier mix, I have my whole life ahead of me! I'm hoping that's making some wonderful new memories with a forever family. I'm looking for a home without children due to my energy level. It's unknown how I am with cats, but I'm very dog-friendly. I promise to be your loyal friend, and I bet I can put a smile on your face after a long day!

At the Humane Society of Southwest Missouri, our goal is to match potential adopters with a pet that is best suited to their home, interests, and lifestyle. All of our animals are up to date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered, microchipped, given flea/tick prevention, and dewormer.

Anyone is welcome to visit our shelter during our adoption hours of Monday-Saturday, 12-6pm, or Sunday from 12-5pm, no appointment needed.
