Meet CJ, This little doll is looking for a new home! This little, 40 pound cattle dog is about 2 years old. He was rescued from a busy intersection dragging a lead. No owner came forward. We have learned that CJ is great with other dogs and good with people. He is crate trained and mostly house trained although he still will have accidents if he gets sidetracked from going straight outside. CJ would likely be just fine with children over the age of 8. He has just not had much child experience. New situations make him very shy.

CJ is pretty quiet. He will get excited to be let out of his crate when arriving home, but otherwise, he rarely barks. He also is fairly cuddly once he warms up to new people. He would love to sleep in his person's bed and he loves to snuggle on the couch during downtime. CJ doesn't seem to have any learned skills working on a farm, etc and is very people oriented. Due to being a little darty and his near death experience running loose prior to being rescued, we feel a securely privacy fenced yard is ideal for this guy and a requirement. We are requiring an inside home where he will be a valued family member. This adorable guy is neutered, up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative, and microchipped.
