Please welcome beautiful Cindy. She is new to the rescue, so we are still getting to know her. She can be a bit of a talker. She just wants someone to say hello and spend time with her. She needs a handler that's confident, someone to work with her on leash. Cindy just wants to play, play, play. Still acts like puppy.
