You're one shy of complete bliss. 1 Love 4 Animals' volunteers conduct home visits prior to the adoption so applicants must live within 90 miles of Valley Forge, PA. A fence is required for all rescued puppy mill dogs - they tend to be shy and are often a flight risk.
