Meet Cubby
Hi, I'm Cubby (I came with the name Chubby but it confused everyone as I’m not at all chubby!), I’m a slender , leggy Black Lab mix. I'm an energetic, athletic and fun guy about 1-2 years old who likes other dogs but has a gentle play style. Sometimes I get too excited I jump, so probably best with older kids, and people who can tell me to stop. Once I get out of this kennel, I’m pretty sure I’ll stop this behavior - I’m just excited to see my favorite people! They tell me I’m a staff and volunteer favorite, and they are all confused as to why I haven’t been adopted yet. They want me to find a forever home so bad they’ve sponsored my adoption fee! I would love to meet you and be your new best friend!
