Chloe Chihuahua Mix Covington, WA

3-year-old female Chihuahua mix, about 16 pounds. Chloe is a somewhat active girl. Loves walks and is learning to walk well on a leash. She does zoomies in the back yard and will play fetch with a toy. She has not engaged in playing with the other dogs in the household. She loves to hangout on back of the couch with her stuffed rabbit. She goes out for potty breaks multiple times a day and will use a pee pad if set out. She sleeps in a crate at night, but of course would rather be sharing the bed with her person. We have recently let her be loose in the house when we are out. Smidget Rescue is not a shelter, and dogs cannot be seen at the Rescue location. All dogs are fostered throughout the Puget Sound area and are brought to the events where they can be met by prospective adopters. Puppies are adopted with a refundable spay/neuter deposit (in addition to the adoption fee) and adopters are required to get their puppy to our vet for their pre-scheduled spay-neuter appointments. You must live within a three-hour radius of Seattle, WA, (such as Portland, Vancouver B.C., etc.), so we can arrange for a home visit. If your home seems like a great fit for the dog you would like to adopt, you must then drive to meet the dog at one of our weekend events or at the fosters home.
