Meet Chili

Chili is a wonderful dog. He came into the rescue with three other dogs who lived with him in a house. Their human daddy was very ill and given a prognosis of two weeks to live. Because of his daddy's illness, he really wasn't able to be let outside, so we are keeping a belly band on him and training him to be able to pee outside. He does not poop in the house. He's such a sweet boy.
