Meet Chico
Chico is a 7.5 year old male mixed breed. He weighs 64 pounds. Chico was transferred from a county facility so we do not have information about his previous household. While at the shelter, he met another dog on leash and was very excited but appropriate. We always recommend a meet and greet with any resident dogs. While at the shelter and on leash, Chico met a dog-friendly cat and was a little over-excited. He was able to be distracted from investigating the cat and did not get upset when the cat corrected him with a bop on the nose. We always recommend caution when introducing a dog to residents cats. We have no information on how Chico behaves around children. We always recommend a meet and greet with any children in the household or children that visit often, such as grandkids.
