Meet Charlotte aka Charlie

Charlotte a Great Pyrenees who is one year old.
Per the foster family:
Charlie will ring the bell by the front door to let you know she needs to go outside. She is learning 'off' and 'leave it', but is still working on 'stay'.
She prefers to spend nights and unsupervised time in her kennel.
New people and fast movements towards her make her a bit uneasy and skittish.
Charlie loves long walks (hold on if you encounter another dog since she gets excited) and just hanging out with you in front of the TV.

Charlie will probably need to be the only animal in the home due to her guarding tendencies.

We recommend crate training until you’re confident that your dog is used to his/her new home: http://www.aspca.org/pet-care/virtual-pet-behaviorist/dog-behavior/weekend-crate-training.

All our dogs have been spayed or neutered or arrangements will be made if currently too young. They will be treated for fleas, bathed, vaccinated against distemper/parvo, treated against general parasites, and if of age, tested for heart worms and vaccinated against rabies. If underage for these things at the time of adoption, they are to be done at the adopter’s cost when the dog becomes of age. They will be microchipped at the time of adoption.
