Meet Charity
Charity was abandoned in the parking lot at Dogwood Shelter when she was very pregnant. After about a week here, she had her puppies, 11 of them! Most of them are here awaiting adoption as well as Mama. She will do best in a home with no other dogs as she did not do well in her dog test.
