Chance is looking for his FOREVER HOME! e rescued sweet Chance (was Riddick ) from being euthanized from a rural shelter a little over a week ago. He had been there 3 months and was growing up in the shelter, was terrified and started to have hair loss secondary to mange and was emaciated. The shelter actually tried to persuade us not to take him as he was terrified and had stopped eating and they said they couldn’t leash him. We weren’t sure we could undue the damage, but something pulled at our hearts for him and we knew we were his only chance to make it out alive. Fast forward a week and he is doing AMAZING!! He’s been getting medicated baths and nextguard for mange along with frequent feedings that he gobbles up and he has completely come out of his shell!! Chance is an 8 month old lab mix and weighs 42 lbs. He has been to the vet and is now neutered, microchipped, heartworm tested negative and up to date on shots. He is learning to walk on a leash and is getting more confident by the day. He is very dog friendly and loves to play. He is potty trained and we are working on the crate training. He is the sweetest, most loving little guy and deserves a PERFECT Happily Ever After! He is in a loving foster home in Beverly Hills, Florida.
