Meet Cash, an overlooked sweetheart at the Elizabethton Carter County Animal Shelter. He is a young, timid dog who needs to get out of the shelter ASAP. The shelter is a very loud environment and to a dog who is already scared and nervous it's 10 times worse. Cash has been at the shelter for almost 1 year.
Cash likes calmer dogs. He enjoys going on long walks. He needs someone who can take the time with him and show him he will be safe. A nice quiet home would be best for him.
