Buzz Lightyear is ready to blast off on a solar exploration with his forever family! Buzz is a 5 month old Schnauzer x Maltese mix who is as cute as can be! He is a non-shed who will need regular grooming. Buzz and his brother, Woody, came to us after their former home was no longer able to care for them. Rather than bringing them to the toy store, these brothers came to us! Buzz will be in the 10-15 pound range when fully grown. We will be looking for individual homes for each brother so they can each find their perfect 'Andy'!

Buzz is a calm and easygoing puppy who has discovered a love for exploration and adventure while still being a cuddle bug at heart. Really, he checks off every box you could have for the perfect puppy! Buzz is the kind of puppy who will make himself comfortable in your lap and snooze in contentment for hours at a time. However, he can still get down and play like the best of them, jumping off high sofas to capture his toys! Buzz takes the world at a slower pace than his brother, but he is no less adorable and inquisitive. His tail never stops happily wagging as he romps through life and he promises to be your adorable shaggy shadow once you choose him off the shelf! After traveling the cosmos to find us, we know that his forever home will be getting their wish upon a star with Buzz.
The boys start their day at 7 AM with a long stretch and cuddle before they get their breakfast. After they eat, they zoom around the house as their pen is cleaned before they settle in for a nap. After lunch at 12 PM, they spend a few hours playing in their pen, where they have discovered a love for all things squeaky and plushy. They also love looking out the window and soaking up the sun when it comes out. They also love cuddling together, whether on a lap or under a warm blanket. In the evening, they have dinner at 6 PM before they get some snuggle time on the couch. They get one last potty break before bed and then snuggle into their pen to dream the night away.
Buzz Lightyear has been socializing with other dogs and gets along with everyone! He would do well with a canine companion in his forever home so he can continue gaining his confidence. He was friendly with a resident cat he met. Buzz will need continued training to ensure he is a proper gentleman as an adult. Take one small step for man, and one giant leap for Buzz-kind by bringing Buzz home!

Buzz Lightyear is only an option for homes who have owned a dog in the last 5 years. Kids in the home should be over the age of 8.
