Buddy Pit Bull Terrier Kalkaska, MI

Hi, I'm Buddy! The staff at the shelter seem to favor me, probably they say I am a good boy, also because I have been at the shelter for a year now. I think they are in love;) The staff treats me really well, but day after day, I watch other dogs come and go, and I am still here waiting for someone to ask me to be part of their family.

I love hanging out in the office; it feels a little more like a home than my kennel. I particularly like sitting in a chair like a people, helping out the best I know how. I also love lounging outside, laying in the sun, and tossing my toys around in the yard. I keep myself busy, but love cuddles and attention. I enjoy going for walks and even though I pull when I am excited, the staff says they understand because I am stressed in the shelter. Adventures and car rides excite me. I really just enjoy being with people!

I am a neutered, two year old couch potato, and up to date on medical. I could really use a six foot fence to keep me safe. I hope my home doesn't have cats or young children, and am selective of the dogs I meet. If I could, I would like to be the center of my new family's world. I am warming up to men now that they are being nice to me, but I am a true ladies man at heart.
