Buddy Labrador Retriever Lowell, MA

Buddy is a very sweet 5 year old yellow lab who would make a wonderful addition to almost any family! He has a very outgoing personality and has lots of energy to express. Buddy loves to play and can be a little excited with it at times, so he would really appreciate someone who will have the time and energy to get his wiggles out. He is a strong boy and often pulls when he walks on his leash, so definitely make sure he has his harness! He can be stubborn at times when going through thresholds, and just needs a little help. We think he would do well with older respectful children that know dog body language. We are not placing Buddy with cats or small animals since he did not get along with them in his previous home. Buddy is dog friendly and would love to have another confident dog to play with and correct him when is needed. If you have any interest in him, please let us know by giving the shelter a call!
