Meet Bubba Watson
Meet Bubba Watson!
Bubba Watson has a sad story! Bubba was rescued in late 2021. He had been shot in the leg and in his fear & pain, he ran - unfortunately, he ran into the road and was hit by a car. He was scheduled to be euthanized, as the shelter was unable to provide the medical care he needed.
Thats when we were called to help! Thankfully, the bullet went through Bubba’s leg, and not lodged inside his leg- a great sign. Since rescue, he has been able to get hip surgery and his leg is healing well!
Bubba is about 2.5 years old and 55lbs full grown. Unfortunately, he has not gotten along with dogs he has lived with so far. He was in a foster home solo, and perhaps that is what damaged his socialization- we are not sure. But, for now, no other dogs is best!
BUT, this boy is a LOVE BUG- he adores humans and loves human attention. He loves to be outside! And he is a total ham for the camera!
