Hey there, I'm Briggs! I'm about a year old and weigh 65 pounds. Do you see how handsome I am with my silky tan coat?

I love spending time with my foster parents. I think snuggles are the best, so say goodbye to personal space! When I'm not sitting with you on the couch getting some belly rubs, I love to chew on toys or bones. Maybe we can go for a fun ride to the local pet store where I can pick out some brand new ones. I'm a pretty typical pup in that I love to play fetch and hang out outside exploring all the sights and sounds. On a rainy day, I even sit in the window watching the squirrels and birds play away. I am very food-motivated so that should help with training. I am a little shy meeting new people but once they give me a treat, I warm up pretty quickly. As for kiddos in the house, I think a household with older kids who are dog-savvy would be best. I do get along well with other dogs but think it would be best if we are fed separately. I like to eat my breakfast and dinner without an audience.


But the best news is that I’m already potty-trained and crate-trained. So my new family won’t need to worry about that!
