Paraphimosis, the inability to completely reduce the penis into its sheath.
He will require some daily care that will be discussed with potential
adopters. With the right support and attention, he's ready to thrive in a
loving forever home.

Brennan's adoption fee is $225, which covers spaying/neutering, age-
appropriate vaccinations, microchipping, and even a free wellness visit at
