Meet BRANDY
My dad had to move to assisted living and Fred and I were separated. He came to the Safe House and I went with another person. Just a short time afterward my owner died and now I am at the Safe House with my best bud, Fred. My name is Brandy and I am a sweet loving little 3 year old female Chihuahua with short tan fur, my face. My back legs have knee issues but that does not stop me from walking, running, or playing.
