Brady Basset Hound Medfield, MA

Brady was surrendered because his owner could no longer care for him. He is super sweet and is enjoying living in a foster home where he gets lots of attention. His foster family says he's been very well-behaved in their house. We were told he is almost eight years old. He is overweight at 85 lbs., so he would like an owner committed to helping him slim down to a healthier weight. With his big brown eyes and sweet face, it is easy to see how he might have talked his owner into feeding him extra treats. He's looking for a home with people who are home often for potty breaks. He is good with other dogs but needs a home without cats.

If a dog is listed on our website, he/she is still available for adoption, but there may be applications ahead of yours. We typically receive many applications for every dog we post. All adoption meetings are by appointment. Our dog adoption fee for dogs five years old or younger is $350. Every dog we place receives age-appropriate vaccines, is wormed, treated for ticks/fleas, tested for heartworm, microchipped, and spayed/neutered before adoption. With very few exceptions, dogs are happiest and the most well-behaved when they receive daily exercise and ongoing training, so we always prefer to place our dogs with families willing to commit to both.
