Hello! I'm Bowie. I am currently being fostered in Ste-Hyacinthe, QC.

Don't mind me if i keep my distance... I'm still learning to trust people. I wish I could tell you exactly what I've been through that's made me fearful, but since I can't, I hope you'll be patient with me.

Let me tell you about myself!
I am a nervous guy who is around 4 years of age.
I need a quiet home with a patient, present human who will allow me to adjust to my environment at my own pace.
I am selective with other dogs! I'm less likely to get along with other males.
I’m neutered, up to date on all my vaccines, microchipped and dewormed!

Things I’m not crazy about:
Physical contact - it will take me a while to trust you, but I’ll get there eventually if you’re patient with me!
A busy household with lots of noises and movement.
Meeting new people (I’m afraid and it takes me a long while to warm up).

Things I am working on:
I have to work on my confidence so that I’m not as timid, shy and frightened.

Ne vous inquiétez pas si je garde mes distances, j'apprends encore à faire confiance aux gens. J'aimerais pouvoir vous dire exactement ce que j'ai vécu qui m'a rendu craintif, mais comme je ne peux pas, j'espère que vous serez patient avec moi.

Plus sur moi ...
Je suis un garçon nerveux qui a environ 4 ans. J'ai besoin d'un foyer tranquille avec un humain patient et présent qui me permettra de m'adapter à mon environnement à mon rythme.
Je suis sélectif avec les autres chiens! Je suis moins susceptible de m'entendre avec d'autres mâles.

Je suis stérilisé, à jour pour tous mes vaccins, micropucé et vermifugé!

Les choses dont je ne raffole pas:
Le contact physique: il me faudra un certain temps pour vous faire confiance, mais je finirai par y arriver si vous êtes patient avec moi!
Un foyer animé avec beaucoup de bruits et de mouvements.
Les rencontres avec de nouvelles personnes: j'ai peur et il me faut beaucoup de temps pour me rassurer.

Ce sur quoi je travaille:
Je dois travailler sur ma confiance en moi pour ne pas être aussi timide, craintif et effrayé.
