Are you looking for a large-size, chill vibes senior, all-around good boy to be your buddy at home? Look no further than Boris! This 13-year-old canine couch companion has a lifetime of experience being a good listener, a great snuggler, and has so much more love to give to a future forever family. Being a more seasoned pup, he knows that storms and loud noises are nothing to be afraid of and that toys are great and all, but a comfy couch and a bowl full of food & treats is where it’s at.

With his future family, all Boris wants (in addition to a bottomless treat jar) is the feeling of security. Boris has been surrendered to a shelter twice which has caused this poor guy to feel very anxious and experience separation anxiety when left alone at home. He may cry, bark, or have accidents if left home alone for long. He is also not a fan of being crated.

Knowing his past experience being abandoned, his fosters highly recommend a family that is home most of the day. You can tell Boris is so thankful to currently be in a foster home instead of a shelter. He’s great at meeting new people, greeting visitors, and being sweet with pre-teen age kids (other ages may be great too, he just hasn’t had the chance to meet any other ages yet!). So, if you want a homebody sidekick whose love language is food, just like you, or a WFH pup whose full-time job is snuggling and cozying up on the couch… then Boris is just the ticket!
