Meet Bonny
Bonny is a super sweet, loving girl, who is in her retirement years. She's 12+ and ready for a new home where she can sunbath, relax and enjoy lazy days.
BUT DON'T LET HER AGE FOOL YOU! She still has plenty of pep to get up and go, but no hikes, runs, dog parks, pets, cats, small kids or craziness for this girl. She needs a calm environment with no surprises or "scary things".
She was surrendered to us from a hoarding situation, her living conditions were horrendous and she had very little space to maneuver. She was ghastly overweight and we've been very successful in getting weight off of her. She's now feeling the weight loss and able to move and walk around much easier.
She was never outside of the home/small patio where she resided for over 10 years, so she gets anxious/nervous around commotion, loud noises, and young kids. **She does need to be an only pet.
The perfect fit would be an older couple or single person who just wants to give Bonny all their time and love. Bonny can be nervous with men, but with treats begins to trust.
If you feel you can give Bonny the best home, please contact us with some info on yourself and your living arrangements/situation.
We are also open to a permanent foster situation, which means, you provide Bonny a loving home and we provide all her medical expenses/needs for life! *Medical only, not food.
